What are the benefits of being a member?

Members will receive three 22oz bottles of beer per quarter. Each quarter the beer will include two barrel aged beers and our current seasonal, however if a brew does not yield the quality we expect then we will substitute the beer with another beer of equal value. Some of the beers may be exclusive to members and some may be available to all customers at our Tasting Room. However, members will  always get advanced notice to purchase extra bottles of these beers at a 10% discount. Members will also enjoy 10% off in the Tasting Room for the quarter. **Beers cannot be substituted.

When will I receive my  beer?

Typically beer will be available for pick-up or it will be shipped in the first 2 weeks of the new quarter. However, we may delay pick-up and shipping if the beer does not meet our quality standards.

Can I have my beer shipped to me?

Yes, we ship within California. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to other states. Members may designate someone to pick up their beer if they are in another state. Left Coast is not responsible for beer picked up by the members designated trustee. To ship your beer, select “Ground” from the shipping option. An adult signature (21+) is required at the time of delivery and we recommend using a business address if you will be unable to sign for your package.

Can I pick up my beer?

Yes, just select “Pick Up” from the shipping option and we will have your beer ready at the beginning of each quarter. We will send you an email to notify you when your beer will be ready for pick-up. We will hold beers for up to 3 months after they have been released.

Are the beers we receive exclusive to members?

Some of the beers will be exclusive to members, however if we do not sell all of the beers we produce for members then they will be available to Tasting Room patrons.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged upon your initial enrollment. Charges for on-going subscription will automatically apply on the first day of each new quarter. We will send out an email reminder approximately one week before applying the charge. Please make sure your credit card, address and account information is up-to-date. If we cannot charge your card, your membership will be cancelled and you will have to re-enroll.
 

How can I cancel my membership?

Access your account at leftcoastbrewing.com/user. Log on using your username and password, and within your beer membership details tab, select cancel my membership.
 

Can I get a refund for broken bottles?

If your shipment arrives with broken bottles please contact Kim Faris atkfaris@leftcoastbrewing.com and explain the situation and what was broken. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for bottles shipped by your designated trustee.
 

Is membership limited?

Yes. To ensure our members receive their allotted amount of exclusive beer, we must cap our number of members. We may change the number of members occasionally, however once our cap is met we will not be taking new members.

Terms and Conditions

Membership applies to the calendar quarter in which you have paid for. Discounts at Tasting Room are subject to change. Quarterly allocations may not always come at the very beginning of a quarter. If a beer is not up to our quality standards, we may delay shipping or substitute it with a beer of similar retail value. Unless you notify us before a charge that you would like to cancel or do not want your membership renewed, you understand that membership will automatically charge your credit card on file according to the quarterly billing timetable (without notice to you, unless required by applicable law.)
